How this record works

One vault, one vote.
The owner votes. A transfer does not reset a vault’s vote. Gary Club holds its custodial wallets’ keys and can sign votes for them.

A fixed electorate.
Vaults issued after a proposal opens cannot vote on it.

Decisions have limits.
A vote cannot take a vault’s reserves, change the royalty, or raise the 2,100 supply cap.
